HJS Insurance, a human-centric insurance agency, is looking to recruit a driven and dynamic operations assistant for its office in Nicosia.
We would like to set new standards in customer experience within the insurance industry. Therefore, we would like to add to our team people who share our values of Trust-Ethos- Service-Commitment- Excellence.
The Operations Assistant will provide valuable assistance in organizing the procedures of the company. In addition, the operations assistant will communicate with clients on a daily basis, and help grow new business channels. The role is suitable for people who like working in a flexible and dynamic environment.
– Establish and maintain relationships with clients
– Manage communication with clients and assist with their needs
– Provide information to customers regarding insurance products and services
– Manage company’s correspondence with clients and partners
– Administrative duties
– Schedule appointments with clients
– Use Insurance Software Programs (training will be provided)
– Use Microsoft Office Tools
– Office Based
– University Degree
– Fluency in English and Greek both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian language will be considered as an advantage
– Previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered as an advantage
– Critical Thinking
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent Time Management skills
– Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
– Good knowledge of social media platforms and new technologies
– Excellent interpersonal communication skills and positive mindset
– Highest ethical and moral standards
– Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment
