We are looking for a passionate Marketing & Social Media Officer to join our team and work  on our innovative and fascinating projects. The Social Media & Marketing Officer will be  responsible for managing the company’s online presence, developing marketing materials,  and coordinating campaigns to enhance brand awareness and support business objectives.  This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of digital  communication strategies and a corporate brand voice. If you are enthusiastic with modern  technologies, prepared to put your knowledge into practice and eager to learn even more, then  this position is most definitely suitable for you! 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,  and other relevant platforms. 
  • Create professional, brand-aligned content including graphics, videos, and written  copy. 
  • Monitor and manage social media engagement, ensuring timely and professional  responses to comments and inquiries. 
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to support business growth. ❖ Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for  improvement. 
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to regulatory and compliance standards for the  insurance industry. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across all  communication channels. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or social media role,  preferably within the financial services or insurance sector. 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic design and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write in a  professional, corporate tone. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Remuneration & Other Benefits  

An attractive remuneration package is offered depending on qualifications and experience.  Employment terms also include benefits such as 13th salary, Provident Fund, Life & Medical  Insurance.
