Cosmos Insurance is inviting applications for the position of Non-Motor Underwriting Support Officer in Nicosia, with a submission deadline of 7 August 2026.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be joining the Non-Motor Underwriting department, where they will support the team across a range of operational and administrative tasks. The role involves direct interaction with clients and partners, contributing to the conclusion of new policies and renewals, ensuring proper pricing, and supporting the maintenance and development of the client portfolio.
Additional responsibilities include collecting the required documentation for policy issuance, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in line with company procedures, and providing general administrative support to the department, including correspondence preparation and document management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Cosmos Insurance is looking for candidates who hold a university degree or diploma in higher education and have an excellent command of both Greek and English. Strong communication and teamwork skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine willingness to deliver excellent service are key attributes the company is seeking.
Previous experience in a similar role and a Diploma in Insurance Studies are considered additional advantages.

Working Hours
The position operates on a five-day working week, with flexible arrival between 07:45 and 08:30. Employees work two afternoons per week until 17:30 (with a 30-minute break) and enjoy three early finishes per week, with working hours ending at 14:00.
